Rebecca “Bex” Heaton, won the women’s singles sculls at the recent Maidstone Small Boats Head. Bex, who studies Pharmacy at the Universities at Medway, covered the winding 1.8 mile course in 11 minutes 40 seconds.  Medway entered 6 crews in the Head, in which the Men’s Double Scull's was won by Medway’s Shaun Martin and Michael Russell who also came second overall.
